LEDDY SLIM lamps are available in SUNNY and PLANT versions. The range includes models designed to illuminate aquariums with lengths from 20 to 120 cm. Thanks to the use of LEDs, they do not need frequent replacement and consume less than half the energy of traditional fluorescent lamps.

LED diodes are the most advanced solution for aquarium lighting, increasingly replacing outdated fluorescent lamps in the market. They offer lighting parameters that are perfectly tailored to the needs of the tank and consume much less energy than conventional light sources. Additionally, they have a lifespan many times longer than fluorescent lamps, providing extra savings as they do not need to be replaced often.

Innovative self-regeneration system in LEDDY SLIM lighting

To extend the lifespan of lamps, AQUAEL – a leading manufacturer of LED aquarium lighting – introduces a novelty. The latest LEDDY SLIM lamps feature an original, innovative self-regeneration system.

Over time, individual diodes installed in the lamp may occasionally become damaged. The AQUAEL automatic regeneration system effectively addresses this issue. In SUNNY lamps, if a diode fails, the neighboring diodes take over its function, increasing their light output. As a result, the lamp maintains its properties even if individual diodes fail, and the light output and parameters of the emitted light remain unchanged.

In PLANT lamps, the automatic regeneration system is based on the built-in ADDITIONAL LED DIODES, which do not light up in the new lamp (this is a normal phenomenon provided by the manufacturer). They only activate when one of the primary diodes fails. This way, the lamp retains its properties, and its light output and the parameters of the emitted light do not change.

Thanks to the new automatic regeneration system, LEDDY SLIM lamps last even longer and provide ideal lighting conditions for observing the aquarium and for the growth of plants within.
